This specimen comes from the famous Mont Saint-Hilaire mine, home of many amazing specimens, including the very rare Pink Fluorite. Today, we have a combination of Sodalite and Hackmanite which reacts beautiful to long and mid wave UV, turning orange and bright fuschia pink.
The sodalite is dark blue, becoming more intensely dark blue in UV light.
The hackmanite are the greyer crystals, which turn a beautiful orange and bright fuschia pink in long wave and mid-long wave UV light.
