Doesn't this look a bit like Master Wugui??

The Roger's mine is the source of the wonderful "Madoc" fluorites, like this specimen. Specimens are typically pale sea green of cubic habit with minor octahedral faces. The fluorite sits on a matrix of white to tan, fine-grained barite.

The mine is on private property, making specimens rare. This particular specimen was mined during surface excavations in the mid-1980s. There has been no new pieces because all the mines in the area are inaccessible.

Additionally, it is also UV reactive!

For every $15 spent, we will plant 1 tree to offset the carbon cost of mining, shipping and packaging crystals. These are real and natural products, and so might have some flaws or imperfections. We have done our best to pick the best pieces available, but nature is often imperfectly perfect. Therefore, please only make the purchase if you are alright with this.
