How do I order or make payment?

  • To order: add the items you’d like to your cart, and follow the buttons and processes to make payment.

  • Payment is made via Stripe (credit card).

  • If you’re based in Singapore, and would like to make payment via PayLah! / PayNow / GooglePay, please send us an email with all the items you’d like (easiest if you pasted item links). We’ll get back to you ASAP, take the items off the website, and send you the payment details.

Can I reserve some items to make payment later?

  • Yes, you can, with a 25% deposit.

  • We’ll discuss the balance payment deadline.

  • Failure to make full payment by the deadline will result in your loss of the initial deposit, and I will relist the products.

  • Please do take some time to decide on what you’d like and reserve responsibly. We’d rather not keep deposits, and we’d like to keep my customers happy.

  • No cancellation/swapping/transfer is allowed.

I’m looking for crystals that are absolutely perfect - do you have such crystals?

  • Whilst we think the crystals we pick are perfect, the fact remains that perfection is subjective.

  • Furthermore, our crystals are products of nature - nicks, cracks, natural inclusions, etc. are normal and to be expected.

  • Thus, please only purchase if you’re fine with that.

Are your crystals genuine?

  • We absolutely do not sell fakes; we work with reputable and reliable suppliers from all around the world, and do our best to check our products when they reach us too. Therefore, to the best of our knowledge, our crystals and fossils are genuine.

  • If they have been heat-treated, dyed or irradiated, we will state so clearly.

  • You are more than welcome to bring your crystals to a gemologist for testing - if the test results prove that the crystal is fake, please send the test results to us and we will provide a 100% refund.

Do you do consultations to help me choose crystals/minerals for my medical condition?

  • We do not advocate the use of crystals/minerals for healing of medical conditions. Please seek professional, medical advice instead.

  • Crystals cannot heal physical ailments!

Do you do consultations to help me choose crystals/minerals for spiritual or energy purposes?

  • We are not energy practitioners, so, no.

  • We do categorise our crystals by their purported energies, based on our research. These claims from alleged crystal energy practitioners do not represent our views.

  • If you are an energy practitioner, or if you’d like to purchase crystals for their energy benefits, please do your own research as well.

Where do you ship to?

  • We ship internationally (though some countries are excluded from the list because of things like war, and so forth).

  • If your country is not on the list, do let us know and we’ll fix that!

  • Shipping costs are by weight. The prices are approximate, but if we find that the sum you’ve paid for shipping is higher than what it costs us, we’ll refund the balance!

  • If you hit $200 total in value or more, international shipping is free! Just put in the code FR33SHIP to enjoy this discount!

  • If you’re based in Singapore, we do offer self-pickup at Toa Payoh West Community Club. Spend $100 and over, and you’ll get free shipping too!

Do you have a physical shop?

  • No, we do not.

  • Right now, we are hobbyists and this is our way of sharing our community with other like-minded collectors.

  • We do have full-time jobs and can’t manage our jobs and a shop.

  • However, if you are based in Singapore and you’d like to self-pick up your order, you may do so at Toa Payoh West Community Club (subject to pre-arrangement).

I’m based in Singapore and want to make payment via other means (besides credit card). How can I go about that?

  • Send us an email with a list of the items you’d like (first come, first serve). I’ll send you the payment details along with your invoice.

  • You may make payment via PayNow / PayLah! / GooglePay.

  • If you’d like to self-pickup your order, you may make payment in cash too.
