Shipping policy.
General
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
COVID-19 has resulted in significant disruption in international airfreight movements. Some international services may not be available, and all international shipments will be significantly delayed.
We seek your understanding during this difficult time globally.
Weight Limits
To ensure the safety of the parcel, we are putting a limit on the weight of all orders at 15kg.
If your order is above 15kg, we will contact you about splitting it.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5 flat rate shipping to Singapore only.
Free local delivery is available for orders over SGD$100. For orders under SGD$100, we charge SGD$5 for local delivery.
Self-Pickup
Self-Pickup is an available option.
Location: Toa Payoh West Community Club, 200 Lorong 2 Toa Payoh, Singapore 319642.
After placing your order, we will contact you directly to discuss the date and time of self-pickup.
Note: We are hobbyists with regular jobs. Therefore, only select this option if you have some flexibility in your schedule.
Immediate self-pickup upon placing your order is not an option.
If you need something urgently, contact us first that we may discuss it.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to 62 countries.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. La Mineralien is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
If your country is not available for shipping to on the order page, contact me, and I can check on the prices for you.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Most overseas destinations accept items addressed to PO Box addresses. For more details, you can refer to the Singpost Service Guide here.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photos/videos if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
