Enstatite is an interesting mineral. It isn't particularly rare, for one thing. The crystal form is slightly more uncommon, but only marginally. Rather, enstatite is special because the mineral is often found on meteorites. For example, the meteorite which fell in Breitenbach, in the Ore Mountains in Bohemia is rich in enstatite. So, it has been associated with space.

Disclaimer:I do not believe that these pieces are the result of a meteorite. These pieces come from a closed mine in Nevada, known as the Bluestone Mine. It has been closed since the 1920s, after extensive and heavy mining in the 1800s. In other words, there are no more new pieces to be had from this mine. Also, there's very little information or studies about the minerals that were dug out of this mine.

Additionally, these pieces are studded with green chrysocolla everywhere. The Bluestone mine is copper rich, which is why it was so heavily mined, and Chrysocolla is copper-based. It is also quite rare.

Together, they make for quite an interesting combination of energies for crystal practitioners. Chrysocolla possess more feminine energies, particularly the calmer and still ones. Meditating with it can help one to dispel negativity, whilst nurturing peace and compassion. Chrysocolla complements Enstatite because after attaining peace and compassion, the Enstatite is used to rebuild relationships and tempering conflicts through forgiveness and respect for others.

For every $15 spent, we will plant 1 tree to offset the carbon cost of mining, shipping and packaging crystals. These are real and natural products, and so might have some flaws or imperfections. We have done our best to pick the best pieces available, but nature is often imperfectly perfect. Therefore, please only make the purchase if you are alright with this.
